Accessing the Site, placing an order, or using any Hymbas product constitutes acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or products.

5. Ordering, Pricing, & Payment
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and exclude taxes, duties, and shipping. We reserve the right to change pricing or correct errors at any time. Risk of loss transfers to you once goods are delivered to the carrier.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Standard processing: Optimum Footbath 1-2 business days; BCX Ultra 1-3 business days; other items vary.

8. Limited Warranty
Unless otherwise stated on the product page, all Hymbas electronics are warranted by the manufacturer against defects in materials or workmanship.
Please refer to each product's specific warranty for full details. Remedies are limited to repair or replacement at Hymbas' discretion. The warranty does not cover consumables, misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs. Coverage applies to electronics only, not accessories. If a product has been opened or any unauthorized third party accessory or tool has been used with it, the warranty will be void.
9. Intellectual Property
All Site content, product names, videos, manuals, and logos are property of Hymbas or its licensors and are protected by U.S. and international IP laws. No license is granted except as necessary to browse and purchase.
10. User Conduct & Prohibited Uses
You may not:
Reverse-engineer products;
Use devices for unlawful medical treatment;
Upload malicious code;
Infringe any third-party rights;
Resell products without written authorization.

You agree to defend and hold harmless Hymbas, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, or expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from (a) your misuse of the Site or products, or (b) your breach of these Terms.
16. Governing Law; Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, U.S.A., without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. You consent to exclusive jurisdiction in state or federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida. At Hymbas, disputes may first be submitted to confidential binding arbitration under the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the AAA.
17. Modifications to Terms or Site
We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective on posting. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
18. Severability
If any provision is held unenforceable, the remainder of the Terms will remain in effect.
19. Entire Agreement
These Terms, plus any order confirmation and posted policies (returns, warranty, privacy), form the entire agreement between you and Hymbas regarding the Site and products.
