All of our products are manufactured here in the
States.

3 year Limited Warranty on the power
unit when used in instructed fashion** -
Should you experience a problem with your
OPTIMUM FOCUS™ unit during the warranty period that
is due to a manufacturer's defect, a return
authorization code will be assigned & a
credit may be applied for your shipping cost
(refer to policy document for details) when properly shipped as instructed.

30 day Limited Warranty on the
Optimizer/Exciter Water module for manufacturing
defects**
**Must complete registration form on OPTIMUM
FOCUS
machine to be eligible for all Warranties
(Registration consists of Model number,
Serial number, Name, address, phone, email
address & date of purchase)
RETURN POLICY:

A New OPTIMUM FOCUS unit complete system may be
returned within 14 days from the date on the
sales receipt provided it has not been used,
and receive a full refund.

If the unit has been used within these 14
days, a 25% restocking charge will be
incurred
& a $500.00 insurance is needed to ship back
power boxes.
-
Used
copper tubs or additional exciters are not
refundable.
